We received a feature request from a club indicating they would like the ability to apply discount codes directly in the payment screen.
In their example, the club wants to offer $50 off a membership. Currently, the only way to make this work is by adding a tag to the user’s account so the discount applies, which creates extra administrative steps.
The request is for a discount code field at checkout that would:
Make it easier to run promotions or partnerships
Eliminate the need for manual account tagging
Provide members with a simple way to redeem offers

Yes, I would love to see this functionality implemented. As of right now, I have to continue to add rules to our products for discounts to First Responders, Early Bird signups as well as various other groups that need a discount applied.
I LOVE this idea! We have that ability for our swim team in Swimtopia, and we use it all the time!
I’d add a request to allow for both single-use (only one person can use it, then it expires), multiple-use (ex: give the same code to all active-duty military members), and expiration dates (good for an early-bird deal). There is always the possibility a code will be shared with someone not eligible - which is what single-use codes are good for.
