Card on File Enhancements

We’ve shipped a few updates to improve how payment profiles and account management work.

Better reliability for saved cards. We resolved an issue where some members couldn’t save a card on file due to leftover data from our previous payment processor. Affected members may need to re-enter their payment details, but the process will now work as expected.

Find accounts without a card on file. Admins can now filter accounts by “Has Card” or “No Card” and save it as a reusable filter. The Payment Methods panel in the Edit Account screen has also been restored, so you can see saved cards and the default at a glance.

Require a card on file. A new setting lets admins require members to have a saved payment method before accessing member features, configurable by account type or applied across the board.
