I am having trouble with our Ecrypt integration. The Ecrypt system keeps crashing on us when we log in to get more information about the system. Ecrypto doesn’t have a help page/button and our representative never responds now that we signed up. Anyone else having trouble with the “new” platform. Any recommendations on using it?
