We use the facility reservations to allow members to book parties at the pool. This frees the manager from having to vet and de-conflict party dates. However we need additional information regarding the party from the member. There is currently no seamless way to do it and as everyone knows members don’t follow directions well. So we get dates with no form information, or form information without an actual date reservations, etc. There seems to be a functionality to add a form to a facility when the facility is configured in the documentation but it has not yet been implemented. Having the user have to fill out the form as part of the reservation flow would save us so much time, effort and confusion! Please, implement this for the 2026 season.
