We’ve enhanced the Offline Payments tool to make it easier to track which account you’ve selected throughout the payment process.
What’s new:

Selection confirmation card – After searching for an account, if multiple results appear, a confirmation card now displays on the first page showing which account you’ve selected

Persistent selection visibility – When you click “Next,” only your selected account appears at the top of the screen, eliminating confusion about which account is being processed

Easy editing – If you need to edit the order, the full results table reappears with your previous selection maintained
This update reduces errors and provides better visual feedback when processing offline payments for accounts with similar names or multiple search results.
